All the boys love Mandy Lane

All the boys love Mandy, who wouldn’t… she has perfect hair! As teen horrors go, this one is pretty good. It ticked the box of gore, ticked the box of sex, and even had the good ole ‘girl left alone, shes gonna die now…’ feel about it. But… and heres a big but, it wasn’t cheesy.

It had a pretty good twist and the cast wern’t awful. Beautiful shots and a pretty good sountrack to match. Surprizing favourite of the day!

Look out for: Gruesome rooftop jump into the pool at the start of the film.
See if you like: A good horror flik.

Over Her Dead Body

This light hearted rom com is good… but only if you LOVE rom coms. The story follows Henry, who loses his wife to be, kate, on their wedding day. His weirdo sister convinces him to go see a psychic and the fun starts. If you are tagging along to keep the girlfriend sweet, its reassuring to know you can still stare at Eva Longoria Parker, and seem interested in the film, all at the same time. I thought it was probably best left for the £5 dvd buy, not for the cinema.

Look out for: Kate (Eva Longoria Parker) visiting Ashley for the first time.
See if you like: What Women Want, The Break-Up, any other average rom com.
